Our management team has an average of 25 years experience across the spectrum of real estate services including relocation, distressed property sales(REO) and short sales as well as traditional residential sales andfirst-time buyer purchases. Distinguished in their respective business units, our leaders specialize in creative solutions that preserve profits and enhance service.

Frances Martinez Myers

President

Frances Martinez Myers is president of ETC and all its business segments. ETC is owned by Fox & Roach/Trident LP.

Myers is a 36-year veteran of real estate and has held positions managing broker networks and international business development for PHH/Cendant prior to joining Fox & Roach/Trident in 1999.

Myers was Chairman of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals from 2005-2007, a non-profit trade association for Hispanics in the real estate industry. Through this high profile role, she has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors and advisory councils for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Bank of America. In 2006, she was named among Hispanic Business Magazine’s top 100 most influential Hispanics in the nation, and distinguished as Realtor Magazine’s most influential thought leaders. She is a member of Worldwide ERC and a recipient of its Meritorious Service & Distinguished Service Awards.

Kimberly DePinto

Vice President, Administration

Kim has over 14 years experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in real estate sales.  She joined ETC in 2004 as an on-site asset manager for one of ETCREO’s largest clients.  She was promoted through the ranks from REO Supervisor to Director of Operations. She is an excellent communicator and has effectively worked with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and title companies in all areas of Asset Management to bring about positive results for ETCREO and our clients.

In her current role with the company she is the VP of Administration.  In this position she is responsible for overseeing cross-business accounting, IT functions/reporting, workflow process and development and vendor management.

Patricia Wilkins

Vice President Operations

pattywilkinsPatty Wilkins is the Vice President of ETC Relocation. She oversees day-to-day operations and drives the development of client service enhancements. A 20-year veteran of the real estate and relocation industry, Wilkins is a licensed agent and holds a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation. Prior to joining ETC, she worked at Genesis Relocation and was involved in expanding the business to include corporate relocation services. She has been involved in several committees for Worldwide Employee Relocation Council to enhance and reform process. Through this involvement, she was awarded Worldwide ERC President’s Award recognizing her contribution to the industry through her involvement in revamping the standardized Broker Market Analysis form and process. She is a member of various associations including Worldwide ERC, the National Association of Realtors and the Delaware Valley Relocation Council.
